1. Your favorite spring flower. (Is it blooming yet? If so, share the joy by posting a picture of that loveliness with those of us still waiting!)
Japanese quince is our first flower, my great love and delight. I have one in the side yard; we bought the house in fall so I had no idea that it would burst into soft, creamy flame as the harbinger of Spring! This year it's been battered by late freezes, so mine doesn't look as full as this one, but oh, what a joy to see even its few blossoms.
2. Your spring cleaning routine. Do you have one? Is there a family memory or tradition around it?
No routine, not raised with that. However, I'm doing a 40 Bags in 40 Days lenten thing, and that's been very interesting. My BFF came over last night and helped me with cleaning out my closet! She left with 3 huge bags for Goodwill, and all my "aspirational" clothes are in the upstairs closet. (As in, I aspire to fit into them one day). Now, there's nothing in my closet that doesn't fit me. :) Yay!

3. A personal area of growth where you have seen some success lately. It can be personal, physical, spiritual or familial.
After the Enneagram workshop on the Big Event, I went to another Enneagram workshop on Saturday on "Wings, Stress, and Security." I'm still digesting what I learned from that. It's made some big changes in my heart with regard to some resentments and the way I look at certain things. :) More on that to follow! I'm going to another one in April called, "It's Not All About You."
4. When does “spring” usually arrive in your area? Are you holding out for late May? Or are you one of the lucky ones who has already put away her sweaters and mittens?
Usually Spring is well sprung by this time, but as with the rest of the US, everything is wonky. Just this morning I noticed trees well in bud, and last weekend I saw some bluebonnets (our state flower) on a local highway.
5. A verse or set of verses from Scripture that speaks “new growth” to you.
Lamentations 3:22-23
22 The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;[a]
his mercies never come to an end;
23 they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
