Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 avocado, roasted broccoli, broccoflower, and carrots
Meal 2: Cauliflower rice, 1/2 avocado, baked sweet potato
Meal 3: Stir fry pork and veggies
I woke up today, for the first time since the first day of this, feeling absolutely nauseated at the idea of breakfast. That's been my MO for my whole life, and why I am a lifelong breakfast skipper.
So I stood in the kitchen and I said,"I really REALLY don't want to eat any eggs or anything else!" and the kitchen had no good reply for me. So I did it.
Feel fine now, here at work.
