Yes, I'm still at it, though I haven't kept up the daily posts. My travel to DC messed with that, and I came home to an almost entirely lost weekend. Despite that, I have been mostly adhering to the plan (by which I don't mean I ate something off-plan, but rather that I didn't have protein at a meal and doubled up on avocado instead (um, avocados have very little protein). The big difference is the lack of planning, shopping and cooking over a weekend. I'm getting it back in the road, slowly.
Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs and cherry tomatoes
Meal 2: Sausage patties, Big Salad
Meal 3: Sausage patties, Big Salad
I'm quite depressed, though it's mostly situational...there just seem to be an awful lot of situations at one time. You know how it is.
On Saturday, Nancy and I are giving a baby shower for daughter-in-love Courtney. Not sure how I will work the food for that, on what will be Day 26 (!!!). We are going to shop at Sam's that morning, so I'll be sure to get some crudites at least...
