That's what it told me when I tried to add a new person (someone I want to follow tomorrow who'll be @ the Inauguration).
Of course it is. Of the 2 million people watching live tomorrow, don't you know that 1.8 million will be Twittering it?
I think poor ole Twitter is gonna be a lot more stressed before it is less so.
