It's raining out. We sure can use it. Looks like we may have a few days of it, too.
I've been in a funk for a few days. First week of school is just busy and stressful. Last night I shut down and went to bed...didn't get up until 7:30. I know I will be sorry for missing exercise class, but I was "too pooped to pop" as my mom says.
Thinking a lot of the anniversary of Katrina and all those affected...here is what I wrote, a few weeks after it, two years ago. Who would have thought that our insurance industry, governments, etc. could fail people so abjectly? I remain outraged.
