Not really. That makes it sound like I'm having fun, but in truth, I'm just craaaaazy!
Stressful meetings? make me feel like my body is coming apart.
I notice this more and more lately, and do not necessarily feel obligated to react in inappropriate ways (eating compulsively). The problem is, I have identified some less inappropriate behaviours to replace them and, well, I never WANT to do those things at those times!
Take a walk?
Write about it?
Call someone?
Pray?
How about if I just go get in the closet? The dogs do it, and it works for them.
Of course, the dogs don't usually go to stressful meetings, so maybe they're compensating for something else in the closet...maybe I don't want to know about it.
