Don't tell anyone....but....
I'm going to R-U-N-N-O-F-T (any Brother Where Art Thou? fans out there?) this Sunday
to Scarborough Faire, the Renaissance Festival in my neck o' the woods.
But, but! I am going to CHURCH there! They are having a Mass from the 1549 Anglican Prayer Book. They will "begin with a Solemn Procession, chanting the Great Litany and Suffrages as they move through the Faire."
I wonder whether we shall be able to understand anything that is said, and WHAT text will be chosen! I have read the Preacher Party Posts with anticipation. Ye Olde Doubting Thomass, anyone?
