It's great. I love this desk. Trust me, I'm not the fittest person (though I have aspirations), nor does standing up for long periods excite me.
But this, this is easy. I really like it. And now I don't stand up after a solid hour or more of sitting, feeling like my legs are going to break off at the hip flexors.
I increased my sit/stand ratio to 30 minutes of each today. Will keep you posted.
